3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain services and fees are non-refundable, including:

  • Domain Name Registrations/Renewals: Once registered, domain fees are non-refundable due to third-party costs.
  • SSL Certificates: SSL purchases are not eligible for refunds.
  • Setup Fees: Any setup or installation fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
  • Add-On Services: Fees for additional features or add-ons, such as custom software installations or maintenance services, are not eligible for refunds.

4. Renewal Refunds

  • Renewals for existing hosting plans are not covered by the money-back guarantee and are non-refundable once processed. Please ensure you check your renewal terms and cancel any services prior to the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Process: To cancel your services and request a refund, you must submit a cancellation request through your Host Friday account or contact our support team.
  • Prorated Refunds: For cancellations after the 30-day money-back period, refunds are not available. However, you may continue to use the remaining balance of your paid service term.
